Specifically, you acknowledge that Levielle owns the copyright to:

All brand photography and visual assets displayed on the Site.
The specific structure, wording, and logic flow of the "Personalized Flower Quiz."
All unique marketing descriptions and service explanations.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site.

2. Trademarks

The Levielle name, the Levielle logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Levielle or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Levielle.

3. Disclaimer: Online Flower Bar Quoting Tool

A. Rough Approximations Only

The Website may provide an online tool (the "Quoting Tool") designed to generate estimated costs or "quotes" for our curated botanical event services based on the information and preferences you input. Please be advised that any figure generated by the Quoting Tool represents a ROUGH COST APPROXIMATION ONLY.

B. Non-Binding Estimations

The Quoting Tool is intended solely for initial planning and budgeting purposes. It does not account for unique site conditions, current material availability, specific installation complexities, logistical challenges, or potential unforeseen factors that may influence final pricing.

C. No Legal Value

Quotes issued by our online tool might vary and are rough quotations and before approving by our team they have no legal value.

A formal, comprehensive, binding quote and contract for services will only be formed once our team has reviewed your specific event details, confirmed availability, and issued a finalized, signed proposal which has been accepted by you. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or correct any estimation provided by the Quoting Tool at any time.

4. User Obligations and Prohibitions

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Levielle, a Levielle employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL LEVIELLE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
